Zoe Kravitz's New 'Do Has Seriously Grown On Us

We'll be the first to admit that we weren't so enamored with Zoe Kravitz's blonde hair when it debuted at last week's Met Gala. We definitely gave her props for pulling off such an extreme color change before a huge event, but there was something a little awkward about it, and we couldn't quite put our finger on it. So, when Kravitz showed up at another gala — this time for the American Ballet Theatre — we were surprised at how much we dug her hairstyle.

Truth be told, there isn't too much of a difference here. It looks like Kravitz had herself a minor trim this past week, taking her length from her shoulders to her chin. No big deal, right? Not so fast. The shorter style not only complements her new blonde hue a lot better, but it also works beautifully with her facial features. Kravitz has some serious cheekbones, and the bob does a lot more to flatter her face than the lob did. Call us crazy, but we see a huge difference in those mere inches — it's proof that a slight alteration of your cut can do wonders for your overall look.
