Sure, you can run the same loop every week, but eventually that won't feel as much of a challenge to your body. So, try switching up your routine. Also when you're mid-workout, remember to really push yourself. Most importantly, try not to be a couch potato when you're not at the gym. A weekend spent lounging on the couch can really throw a wrench in your exercise goals.
