Leighton Meester’s Cover Of Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams” Is, Well, Dreamy

leighton_opener
Move over Stevie Nicks and Christine McVie. Here's Leighton Meester and singer Dana Williams covering the Fleetwood Mac classic, "Dreams." This is a shift in gears for Meester; the last time we saw her singing, she was in da club — in da weirdest looking club that likely doubled as a Real World confessional booth — with Robin Thicke for their collaboration, "Somebody to Love."

These days, Meester is starring in a new production of Of Mice and Men on Broadway, while Williams just released her new EP, The Lonely One, now available on iTunes.

To hear more of Meester singing, we highly recommend checking out this video and also this one. You're right, that second link is from the cinematic masterpiece, Country Strong, and we stand by it. Now let's all chill out until the sequel, Country Even More Strong , starring Meester and Taylor Swift is ready for On Demand viewing.
When she's not jamming on her acoustic guitar like Blair Waldorf at an NYU open mic night, you can find more of her here:
