Mascara Cocktailing: Genius Lash Trick Or Time-Consuming Pain?

mascara-embed
It's pretty clear at this point that around these parts, we are really damn picky when it comes to our lashes. We just want every mascara to give us length, curl, and volume, all the time, always. Is that too much to ask?! (Don't answer that.)
Well, unfortunately, it often is too much to ask from just one formula, which is why The Beauty Department tested out five different "mascara cocktails" that allow two formulas to combine forces, creating exactly the lash look you're going for. Want to get crazy length plus lots of volume? Kevyn Aucoin plus Blinc is your jam. If you prefer to have super-thick lashes that are still defined, the combo of Lancôme Définicils plus Maybelline Full n' Soft will make you very happy.
Head on over to The Beauty Department to check out all of their product cocktails, plus tips on how to apply the combos to get the best fringe of your life. Then, tell us in the comments if you're on board with cocktailing or if it's just way too much effort. (The Beauty Department)
