If you live in L.A. and love food trucks as much as, well, everyone does, you know a thing or two about Roy Choi — a.k.a. the genius mind and chef behind the Korean taco truck, Kogi BBQ. Considering he's pretty much a creative hero to the culinary world and the average eater alike, his recent endeavor with Google Glass seems like a perfect match.
Selected as one of Google's Glass Explorers, Choi decided to showcase his experience with the new tech by making a short cooking video. And, in honor of today being St. Patrick's Day, he's getting in the Irish spirit and making an East Los Leprechaun Burrito. Wondering what that entails?
