IOS 8 Images Have Leaked & We Want It NOW

Today, we are sending all our love to a leakster named TD Beta. First, because being a leakster is a thing now, thanks to people like our man TD. Second, because today he leaked what amounts to liquid gold for Apple junkies, like us; screenshots of the upcoming iOS 8. While there's no way to trace the authenticity of these leaks, Beta has a proven track record of finding content that eventually checks out. So, what will the new iOS offer? Let's take a closer look.

While the interface looks mostly the same as the operating system's current iteration, there are some brand-new apps that have us foaming at the mouth. TextEdit, for instance, would allow users to type long-form documents on their iPhones with all the formatting capabilities of a word processor, so your journal (and, ahem, our line of work) is about to go mobile. Another buzzworthy addition is the long-rumored HealthBook, which may link with Apple's upcoming wearable devices to track health and fitness metrics, like calories burned, heart rate, and maybe even hydration and blood glucose levels.

The unveiling of iOS 8 is still months away, so if these leaks are indeed legitimate, Apple needs to seriously tighten up its security. Or not, right TD Beta? (Digital Spy)
