NailSnaps Wants To Turn Your Instagram Photos Into Nail Art

Sometimes, when we take a super-gorgeous Instagram shot, we think to ourselves, "It's a shame I can't turn this into a manicure." What better nail inspiration than a sunset, our dog's face, or a close-up of a pretty spring dress?
Apparently, our dreams might soon be a reality, if the NailSnaps Kickstarter campaign takes off. And, we really, really hope it does. The app would be simple. It would let you pick an Instagram photo, and then lay a nail-art template over it. You can choose to have each nail be a different part of the photo or repeat an image throughout. Then, once you've made that decision, NailSnaps would print it on nail-polish stickers.
This is perfect for everyone who wants to to create beautiful nail art but lacks the technical skills to actually paint it on (ahem). The Kickstarter campaign is going until April 1, during which time the brand hopes to raise enough funds to finish the app and get their printing facility up and running. We're hoping they meet their goals in time for everyone's Instagram shots of spring blossoms — what a great way to make the daffodils stick around just a little bit longer.
