Watch Bradley Cooper As An Angry Raccoon In Guardians Of The Galaxy

As we almost manically raved earlier this week, the Guardians of The Galaxy trailer is a steaming plate of amazeballs. Now, we're getting a closer look at the multispecies cast of characters that make up this whizbang sci-fi romp with five character videos.

First off, we've got Zoe Saldana dyed a particular shade of Ninja-Turtle green for her role as Gamora. Frankly, it suits her, and we're expecting to see more young stars try this look on red carpets in the months to come. Next, we've got Vin Diesel as Groot, an 8-foot-tall sentient tree. For those not familiar with the comic, it should be noted that Groot only says one thing, "I am Groot," though each time, he does so with a different meaning. Acting challenge!

Through the trailer we've already met Chris Pratt's Peter "Star Lord" Quill, an Indiana-Jones-type with a good dose of Gen-X slacker DNA. In these videos, we also get Dave Bautista's Drax the Destroyer and, most crucially, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, an animated, somewhat skuzzy raccoon. When you have Bradley Cooper voicing a profane rodent in your film, you know you're on to something.
