National Airport To Open A Spa: Consider Layovers Upgraded

So maybe a lack of spa services isn't your top complaint when it comes to traveling. But, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is going to fix that first-world problem for you, anyway. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority announced the luxurious upgrade today — and, though details are scarce, the words "full service" were included.
The spa is part of a $37 million renovation, which includes pretty much gutting Terminal A. What a perfect way to spend that unexpectedly long layover! And, once you've run through the whole spa menu, there’s also going to be an iPad station open to everyone. We don’t know about you, but beginning spring 2015, we'll be planning inexplicable stops in D.C. for all future travel. Who knows, we may just need to make a standing appointment at National Terminal A. (DCist)
