And, Dello Russo proved that her word is golden last night when she and BFF Giovanna Battaglia arrived at the Miu Miu Tales "Sparkle and Light" party dressed in the same Prada frock.
Sure, it'd be a pretty awkward encounter if you and a frenemy accidentally arrived in matching dresses. But, that's just not the case here. We don't know if Anna and Giovanna were intentionally going for the twinsie look, but it certainly doesn't seem like anyone is running home to change anytime soon. And, to be fair, Battaglia is sporting a bit more bling and a turtleneck. Anna simply accessorized her dress with a feather headdress — naturally.
