Lena Dunham, the millennial's Oprah, has penned a book to be published this October. Prepare yourself, and whatever you use for a bookcase these days, for Not That Kind of Girl, a book of "stories about wonderful nights with terrible boys and terrible days with wonderful friends," according to book's official description, written by Dunham herself.
The Girls creator took to Instagram to announce the October 7 release date as well as show off the Valley of the Dolls-inspired cover. Nonprescription glasses and an Urban Outfitters couch with a thrifted look are, begrudgingly, not included. (Um, don't Dunham's publishers know how entitled the millennials are? Sigh.)

If Dunham's mishaps in Girls aren't enough, this book will definitely fill whatever my-quarter-life-crisis-may-or-may-not-be-happening void one might have. Everything from musings on veganism, sharing your body, and the apparently two (two?!) existential crises she's endured will be included in a very long, well-thought-out and edited #selfie. "I am a girl with a keen interest in self-actualization," Dunham says of the book, "sending hopeful dispatches from the front lines of that struggle." A talk show and eventual television network is imminent. (Entertainment Weekly)
