But, being Anne Hathaway and all, she has more important things to worry about than pleasing the public — like winning the Oscars, being a blissed-out newlywed, and securing awesome movie roles.
The actress recently hit the Sundance film festival to promote her new flick, Song One, and gave a hilariously candid interview to The Huffington Post.
In response to a question about her relatively private life this past year (save for a Don Jon cameo), she replied, "My impression is that people needed a break from me." We don't know about you, but we feel a lot less stressed knowing that the actress is in on the joke. But, don't expect her to stay in the shadows forever — in addition to the musically-inclined indie flick, she's also got a role in Christopher Nolan's mysterious Interstellar. Sorry haters.
