File this under Things We Never Thought We'd See: First lady Michelle Obama dunked on the Miami Heat (with a little help from LeBron James). But, it happened. Well, sort of. In a new video for her Let’s Move campaign, MObama hangs out in the White House with players from the Miami Heat, discussing healthy eating, and generally goofing around. While the pro athletes describe the lifestyle decisions they make (like eating fruits and veggies and drinking lots of water), FLOTUS and different players act out the good choices in the background. Toward the end, LeBron James holds up a mini basketball net, and MObama runs up and slam dunks a mini basketball. The best part of the whole vid might be her post-dunk celebration (which involves some serious 'tude). It's goofy, lovable, and has that outtake feel that makes it pure Internet gold.
The clip was just posted this morning, but people are already dubbing the first lady’s dunk “AIR FLOTUS.” And, of course, there's a GIF involved, turning the moment into a meme. One thing's for sure: MObama might have turned 50 last Friday, but she's certainly not losing her cool factor anytime soon.
