Heard was spotted with a ring on a very suspicious finger recently, and since then, all kinds of sources are making all kinds of claims. "The proposal happened a while ago," an insider explains to Us Weekly, and Celebuzz reports that it went down over Christmas. Heard and Depp met on the set of The Rum Diary and began dating publicly way back in the summer of ye olde 2012. Depp has two children with the inimitably beautiful French songstress Vanessa Paradis, his longtime partner until they split shortly before he started dating Heard. The pair has since been spotted out together at various red-carpet occasions.
