We've had our eyes on up-and-coming model Nikia Phoenix for a few months now, and for good reason: This gorgeous, freckled lady looks good in everything from black lipstick to neon earrings. We're also big fans of her ultra-short, naturally textured hair — she's just doing her, and it's really working. So, we were super-excited when she posted a hair video for girls with hair like hers.
The best part? This isn't your average impossible braid tutorial. Phoenix writes, "People are constantly asking what products I use in my hair and how to style it. You know me, I'm low maintenance when it comes to this stuff. If it takes more than five minutes, then I'm not having it." Girlfriend, we're right there with you. So, what does this video teach? It actually features all the different ways one can accessorize a tiny, curly 'do — serving up some much-needed beauty inspiration for anyone whose ever wondered how in the world to change up short hair.
