The show will be a prequel that will "explore the previously untold story of Harry’s early years as an orphan and outcast." Beyond the cupboard under the stairs, we can assume this will include references to some of the grim scenes we saw during Harry and Snape's Occlumency lessons in OOTP. No word yet on an opening date, but the production will also be in the competent hands of theater producers Sonia Friedman and Colin Callender.
Once more, we will express our dismay that no efforts are being made to tell more about the life of Albus Dumbledore. But, maybe, if we keep mentioning it at the end of all our Harry Potter articles, magic will actually happen to bring that story to life. A girl can dream.
