Empire Steak House is going all out for the night, offering three celebratory events to help you ring in the 2014 — and 24 hours of continuous Frank Sinatra music. But, if you happen to have a spare $10,000 to drop, check out the Emperor's Delight menu which involves a whole pound of caviar per guest.
