If you're not acquainted with aerial hoop dancing, here's a brief recap. Imagine being suspended in the air. But, instead of hanging around, you're spinning in infinite circles above the ground and moving into contortionist-like poses. Inside of a hula-hoop. All the while, you're looking flawless, no doubt. Obviously we couldn't resist suiting up and trying it ourselves. And, we sent our own style director Connie Wang over to Body and Pole to give aerial dancing a whirl.
Watch on to see Connie conquer the hoop. We won't give the end away — we'll let those major biceps (and new calluses, ouch!) do the talking.
