The Victoria Secret train rolled into London today, carrying none other than one of its top Angels, Adriana Lima. The Brazilian supermodel may have just stepped off a plane, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at her. The mama of two was as fresh as a daisy as she greeted fans at the Bond Street store. She took the time to chat with us about some of the traditions she sticks to each and every holiday season.
The number one tradition for Lima? Simple, it’s all about the presents. She describes her family as “big time super Victoria Secret fans” (who isn’t?) and that’s where she spends a lot of her time shopping for gifts. If you’re not on Lima’s list, have no fear, as she helpfully shared with us the items she believes no one should be without. Obviously bras are in her hit list, namely the Dream Angels Demi Bra. But, more surprisingly, one of her favorite presents to give is a pair of the brand’s flannel PJs.

“For the morning when you are opening your gifts, I pick up the Dream PJs," Lima explains. "What is great about the PJs is that they are so cosy. They come in three different lengths and over 20 different colors. You can just have fun with it.” If it’s good enough for an off-duty Angel, it’s good enough for us.
And, speaking of time off, how does an Angel stay healthy over what is traditionally the most indulgent season? It seems she is just like the rest of us:
“Well, it’s hard. You know, holidays you should be happy and it’s also part of tradition to be with the family and have a Christmas meal. I think you can go a little crazy. Why not? Not every day but, it’s part of the tradition.”
As for the high stress factors associated with the holidays, this supermodel is equally levelheaded. Her top tip on staying sane is, “Organisation is the key. And, just relax, try your best, and be organised.” Looks like this Angel might become our guardian angel for the holidays.
