Let's get a slow clap going because Del Rey, for whatever reason, is the only artist who could name an album after A Clockwork Orange and get away with it. "I really just wanted us all to be together," she began, "so I could try and visually close out my chapter before I release the new record, Ultraviolence." The news was met with cheers and screams; no word on anyone fainting, but it's definitely possible. No other information was revealed, though. It's still a rather enigmatic project that might feature all those leaked songs like Black Beauty, which caused tension with her label. Heck, she could even disappear for the aforementioned six months, write the entire album, and leave us hanging on this one moment in Hollywood. Let's hope there's plenty of "weirdos" out there to inspire pop's macabre starlet.
