Feeling a little sluggish lately, like you need a healthy dose of cardio? How about a 5K run coupled with an awesome DJ-d dance party? It's just what the doctor ordered. And, we've got some good news: LivingSocial is hosting a 5K Glow Run and Dance Party on Saturday at RFK Stadium — and we're helping you get in on the action for free.
First, get your exercise fix with the most fun version of running possible (there are glow sticks, people), then join a huge crowd for the after-party at the D.C. Armory, with Shy Kidx spinning tunes so you can shimmy the night away. And, there's a feel-good factor: A portion of the event's proceeds will go towards providing solar lamps for schools in Somalia.
