Something happens in the Northeast every year around this time. We look at each other and suddenly realize everyone is wearing coats — and scarves. And, we're still kinda cold. Yes, the chill has certainly set in for good — even if we weren't ready for it. And, though the mercury levels have dropped dramatically since last week's roundup, it didn't stop this week's events from turning out droves of well-dressed partygoers.
