Lohan, Olsen, and Franco Walk Onto A Music Video Set...

Cameos are a delicate art, especially here in L.A. It's not everyday that a music video pulls in the likes of Lindsay Lohan, Kanye West, Ashley Olsen, James Franco, Olivia Wilde, and a Marilyn Monroe impersonator. Nope, Thirty Seconds to Mars' newest video for "City of Angels" is definitely not your run-of-the-mill YouTube clip.
Of course, one just has to look at the frontman behind the band: the veritable celebrity that is Jared Leto. His 11-minute short film is a touching homage to Los Angeles, and the people that make it glow. Each star shares what they love about the city — in Kanye's case, it's the "Pools, 1950s architectural homes, glamour," and so on. But, it's not all rose-tinted: "Fame is an illusion," says Ashley Olsen. Selena Gomez confides, "People try to tell me what to do every single day." Woe is the starlet who succeeds, people.
Trust — this is a video that will tug at the heartstrings. See for yourselves below, and let us know if you agree with these celebs. (Rolling Stone)
