Paul McCartney Invites Kate Moss To Party In His New “Queenie Eye” Video

It's been 51 years since Paul McCartney and the rest of The Beatles recorded "Love Me Do" at Abbey Road studios, and he's paying due homage today with his "Queenie Eye" music video. McCartney threw a party at the iconic space, and you're invited. Dance along with Meryl Streep, Tom Ford, Lily Cole, Jude Law, Chris Pine, and, reunited at last, Johnny Depp and Kate Moss.
The entire studio comes to life as McCartney begins to play his ode to childhood. "Queenie Eye" is based off an old backyard game the singer would play in Liverpool before his meteoric rise to fame. "Queenie eye, queenie eye who's got the ball / I haven't got it, it isn't in my pocket / O-U-T spells out that's out / Without a shadow of a doubt," McCartney wails, spinning the game's rhythmic callout into a melody. It's a star-studded affair worthy of an Abbey Road session. Streep lets loose, Moss does Moss, and even Jeremy Irons gets in on the fun.
Although his latest LP, New, has received less than stellar reviews, "Queenie Eye" stands out. It's pure pop joy. If it can get Depp out of his shell, it most definitely will for you. Plus, when's the next time all these famous faces will get together to dance in such an iconic location? Indulge a little.
