Maybe you've noticed: We're on a quest for a Halloween costume that balances moderate eeriness with something pretty. Luckily, these photos might just take the (candy corn?) cake — leave it to Charlotte Tilbury to blow all other Halloween makeup DIYs out of the water.
When we saw this collage on her Instagram, we followed the link like an eager puppy and arrived happily at her blog, where, to our delight, a detailed tutorial lives. These are by no means easy, simple, or last-minute costumes ideas. Quite the opposite, in fact. But, for Halloween looks inspired by things like a "vamp Louise Brooks," we could be convinced to go the extra mile(s).
