The lifestyle guru, who celebrated her 72nd birthday earlier this month, will debut her first-ever line of nutritional supplements, Martha Stewart Essentials, on September 1. With six whole-food based formulas targeting everything from menopause-induced hormone imbalances to brittle nails, Stewart has made it her quest to make over not just your home, but your health as well.
