After seeing the full 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target collection, getting your hands on your favorite pieces before the September 15 drop date would be a dream — but for a few lucky folks, it seems like it's actually a reality. We just got photos of the first of a series of photo shoots that are taking place around the continent (Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, Miami, and New York City) to show how real, stylish women wear the collaboration throughout a full 24-hour day. The shots we've got here were taken in Los Angeles in the p.m., and show two lovely ladies wearing party-ready pieces with sparklers — the best nighttime accessory if you can swing it.

The culmination of this epic shoot? A huge interactive image that will be unveiled at New York Fashion Week this September, of which we'll clue you in more about as information becomes available. Click through for some shots, and let us know if you happen to stumble across your city's shoot if you're in one of the six places they're at!
