Lily Collins & Jamie Campbell Split; Tweens Everywhere Cry

We are firm believers that Mortal Instruments is the next Twilight: Fantasy, fantastically hot stars, and a thoroughly fanatical audience? All the main ingredients for a mega-blockbuster are there — and we hear the sequel to the movie adaptation is already in production, even though the first hasn't yet been released. However, as of today, there is one thing missing...a real-life romance.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson managed to keep it together until after the franchise ended, but Lily Collins and Jamie Campbell have split early (for now). The co-stars of the upcoming flick The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones were together for a while, but US Weekly reports that they're no longer dating, though still good friends. Personally, we're rooting for these two to get back together, though hopefully with a little less drama than our friends Bella and Edward have experienced of late.
