Let us begin by saying simply "wow." Miley really brought it for the September issue of Harper's Bazaar . We love her current edgy uniform, but the girl can seriously rock some couture. In the spread, which runs alongside Sarah Jessica Parker's cover feature, the actress said sayonara to short skirts and grills, and hello to Armani Privé, Chanel, Atelier Versace, and more. She poses on the grounds of a gorgeous estate in all kinds of elegance, from a blush ball gown to a bright-red ballet skirt.

In fact, the pop star gets into the high-fashion mood so much, she actually (gasp!) smiles in a few snaps! We thought her softer side might be lost to endless amounts of twerking and tattoos forever, but she looks beautiful, fresh-faced, and, most of all, comfortable in her fancy duds. Of course, we've gotta give some props to the HBZ styling team, as well. Here's hoping this isn't the last we see of haute couture Miley.
