Icona Pop x Cookie Monster? This Is Your New Summer Jam

Forget Daft Punk and Robin Thicke. There's a new game changer in town and he's bringing you the hottest summer jam around — you know, the one they'll be raging to in clubs straight through Labor Day, the one that's playing at every single rooftop bar in Manhattan. He's large, he's in charge, he's got his pulse on Manhattan's hippest scenes. He's Cookie Monster.

Our favorite It Muppet (that's a thing now, we just decided) has just dropped a controversial new remix of Icona Pop's "I Love It" that deals with his much-publicized cookie addiction. In keeping with his mature, reserved private persona, Cookie Monster exclaims that while yes, "me love it," he will employ self restraint ("me wait"). Really amazing stuff, he's such an incredible role model for the youth of today. Kids, take note.
