When the Olsens debuted their $55,000 pill-covered knapsack (designed as a collab between The Row and artist Damien Hirst), our first thought was: "Who would buy that?" It's not that we dislike the bag, but in these trying times it's hard to justify shelling out serious dough. Well, leave it to Lady Gaga to find a reason — the singer recently purchased the backpack for her beau Taylor Kinney. The Chicago Fire actor has a birthday coming up, so Gaga apparently decided to start the celebrations early. While we totally respect her freedom to buy whatever she sees fit, we have to wonder — how does Kinney top that? Gaga's gone and set quite the precedent.
