Shop assistant Chiho from Tokyo gave us a refreshing take on the statement piece in her “LOVE” skirt from Topshop. Lacking in any subtlety, we're LOVING how loud the message on her skirt reads.
The 25-year-old juxtaposed her good-natured statement skirt with head-to-toe black in a Jouetie bomber and American Apparel bag. Blunt bangs, cutout platform sandals, and a choker give the look major edge, while her blue top breaks up the dark palette — making us suspect that this street-style star is not such a huge softy as her skirt might suggest.
