Two Must-Try Fruity Facials That Aren’t DIY

2-Equinox SPA
As much as the idea of getting down and dirty (literally) in your kitchen to create your own farmers' market-inspired skin-care products might sound like a fun idea, we’ve got a solution that’s a heck of a lot easier than pulling out slimy banana chunks from your hairline after that DIY mask. Luckily, The Spa @ Equinox just launched two new fruity facials that extrapolate all the benefits from nature’s bounty without all the work.

The Blueberry Regenerating Facial ($200; 50 minutes) hydrates thirsty skin via the infusion of essential antioxidants, which help to neutralize free radicals, reduce the appearance of inflammation and redness, and prevent wrinkles. You’d have to eat a whole lotta berries to look this good!
This one is for all of those tanning addicts out there (who, you?). The Rejuvenating Watermelon Facial ($175; 50 minutes) helps correct uneven skin tones, reduce inflammation, and firm the skin — all of which might need attention if you had too much fun in the sun. And, even if you’re super-careful with your sun protection, you can still enjoy this facial for its superb hydrating results.
To book an appointment, call your favorite Equinox location — happily, you need not be a member to put your best fruit forward.
