Grab The Girls & Get Grilling…With Sangria, Of Course

22
If your idea of grilling is plugging in the George Foreman, then read on. On Saturday, June 22, Epic is holding a "Girls Gone Grilling" class on its spacious rooftop lounge. But forget heavy steaks and chops. You'll learn how to properly clean, marinate, and grill shrimp instead (hello, ladies who lunch!). Not a fan of crustaceans? Don't worry, grilled eggplant and chicken satay skewers are also a part of the agenda — and yes, you get to be an official taste-tester. And because it is a Saturday, there will be plenty of sangria flowing. Gotta love summer in the city.

The class starts at 3 p.m. and costs $25, which includes the demo, grilled goodies, and sangria. Call Epic to reserve your spot and get ready to impress everyone at the next barbecue!
