But forget heavy steaks and chops. You'll learn how to properly clean, marinate, and grill shrimp instead (hello, ladies who lunch!). Not a fan of crustaceans? Don't worry, grilled eggplant and chicken satay skewers are also a part of the agenda — and yes, you get to be an official taste-tester.
