We're used to seeing Katy Perry in all manner of blue eyeshadow and candy-colored wigs, but it's always refreshing to see a little bit of a make under. That may not be the correct term for her first-ever Vogue cover (she's definitely dolled up), but it is a fresher, more traditionally glam look that we're fully prepared to love.
