Last time we checked in with Taylor Momsen a.k.a. Jenny Humphries from Gossip Girl (R.I.P.) a.k.a lead singer of The Pretty Reckless, she was wearing stripper shoes, no pants, and rocking butt-length, peroxide-blond hair. Oh, and don't forget, the infamous raccoon eyes. But when she appeared at the party celebrating the J.W. Anderson Versus Versace collection, Ms. Momsen looked more grown-up than we have ever seen her before.
In a sleek, black Versus suit (and this summer's coolest cut, the long bob or "lob") — she still emanated rocker chic, but not in the typical, heavy-handed way she often does. True, she still had kohl-rimmed eyes and weeks-old-roots, but hey, this is Taylor Momsen after all. Her shorter hair and smart two-piece was a real refresher. Now, if she was smiling, we might faint.
