Turns out, after 10 days of successful Paltrow dieting, as in to-the-tee, by-the-book dieting, Rebecca Harrington broke. Betraying the rules of her diet, she indulged in bread, dairy, eggs, the works. Except the morning after her indulgence, Harrington woke up with a big ole rash on her face. Eventually, the rash went away (whew!), but incited all kinds of concerns about the consequences of what's really in her everyday food. You know, plebes-only food, not the super food GP eats.
