This New Site Is A One-Stop Shop For All Your Wellness Needs

We've all experienced those moments (or weeks) when it feels like we're being pulled in thirty different directions: Between the endless stream of work responsibilities, that gym class we promised ourselves we'd stop skipping, partners wanting just a little love, nails in desperate need of a manicure — sometimes it can feel impossible to find the time to take care of ourselves. In short, what our lives need most is more balance.

And, we're not alone: Robyn Berkley, a formerly stressed-out and overworked branding consultant, has travelled to Bali and back in an effort to refocus her attention on becoming more centered and exploring the wellness world. She's launched a brand new and beautifully designed wellness website called Live The Process, a guide to finding wellness, balance, and holistic health. Live The Process is a modern collection of inspiring personal vignettes and simple wellness techniques from a curated group of experts in areas of beauty, fitness, meditation, energy therapies, and quantum physics. The objective is to help and advise busy people who aspire to achieve wellness and wholeness (like us!), but cannot dedicate a lot of time to that mission (sadly, like us, again).
The content is interesting and accessible, while the website itself has a stylish bent and chic feel. As an added bonus, Live The Process features fashionable photos, meditative images, and insightful interviews with relatable sources. Whether you're just embarking on the path to inner peace or are already living a balanced life, Live The Process offers a wide variety of expert anecdotes for readers at any stage of wellness.
So, the next time we're feeling really out-of-whack, we'll try to remember to just live the process — or at least visit the website.
