This month sees the Pick Me Up: Graphic Arts Festival come to Somerset House. From April 18, you will be able to stock up on the best and most affordable graphic art in the country, right here at home.
Alongside the studios selling their wares, there will be a roster of evening talks and workshops taking place in Somerset House’s Embankment Galleries for adults and children alike. We’re most excited about visiting comedy cartoonists Modern Toss’s Portrait Booth. On the last day of the festival, the booth will be designing passport-standard portraits in under a minute — which is surely better than any portrait one is normally offered when walking through Leicester Square? We’ll have to wait and see, to be sure. (Somerset House)
