Poor Lily Cole. She has had a rough time of it in the Yeah Yeah Yeahs new music video for "Sacrilege." Or does she? The disheveled model seems to be pretty broken when we first see her at the start of the video, chained up and surrounded by fire and menacing faces. Except, in the reverse narrative, we see that Lily might just be getting her just desserts. Each one of her tormenters is actually revealed to be a scorned lover — from a married housewife to a mechanic to even a priest. It is the vicar who actually seems to be the final straw: When the sheriff (with whom she is also sleeping) catches them together, that's when Lily's trouble starts. The NYC-based band's vid reveals her transgressions all took place on her wedding day, and the man presiding over the nuptials? The priest, of course.
