The Barclays Center just landed itself another huge act — MTV will be bringing the VMAs to Brooklyn for this summer's awards show. The moonman has long been an L.A. mainstay, but now it's set to invade the BC in August, along with just about every pop star you could dream up. This will be the first big awards show for the borough, so you can bet Jay-Z and his team will be pulling out all the stops. As for us? Come August, you can find us camped out on Atlantic Avenue waiting for the inevitable celeb sightings. (Vulture)
