Ever wonder what it takes for Lana Del Rey to ditch those blue jeans and that signature moody pout? Well, it looks like L'Officiel Paris found the winning formula: All she needed was a few floor-length gowns courtesy of Saint Laurent, Gucci, and Valentino — oh, and one adorable pup!

Never one to shy away from a hot lens (heck, she even went bare for GQ on command!) the chanteuse kept her clothes on (but didn't manage to avoid controversy, go figure) in her latest Spanish-themed shoot for the French glossy. For the religious and romantically charged editorial, the crooner can be seen in a dark paradise of sorts — appearing heartbroken and sullen amongst towering palm trees. However, it's not all summertime sadness for the singer — she cracks a wide grin on occasion, reminding readers that the babe with bee-stung lips is capable of more than just gloomy glares.

Blame it on the pooch (or could it be her swingier, shorter 'do?) to give Del Rey the warm fuzzies — regardless, we can't help but be infatuated with this feature. (Who What Wear)
