We’re marking down the days on the calendar until we can return to the sun-drenched Sonoma hideaway that is Scribe Winery. There’s nothing that embodies a quintessential Northern California day trip quite like holing up at the charming 200-acre property with a large glass of Pinot in hand. Well, we aren’t the only ones with a Scribe sojourn on the mind.
The New York Times’ T magazine sat down with owners Adam and Andrew Mariani to get the scoop. And boy, did it — everything from the wild parties to the overuse of buzz phrase “farm-to-table" was touched upon and the guys even shared their plans of converting the crumbling hacienda on the property into a crash pad for friends and fam.
Itching to know what else the handsome duo revealed? Well, you’ll just have to mosey over here to get more 411 on the wine-wielding powerhouse. And until we can get our butts back to the dreamy winery, these news bites will have to suffice! (T magazine)
