Chanel doesn’t do things by halves. Every runway show is a dazzling spectacular. The clothes speak for themselves. Their pop-up beauty boutique in Covent Garden was such a success they made it permanent. So, when news broke that the venerable brand was opening a flower stall, we knew we had to investigate.
Sadly, it’s not a permanent fixture, but a timely response to this Sunday’s Mother’s Day celebrations (you didn't forget, did you?). And all of the flowers on offer feature in the brand’s signature scents. If you buy 100ml of one of Chanel’s perfumes, they will give you a hand-tied posy with a personalized message handwritten by a Chanel calligrapher (another job we’ve never heard of but totally want!) on a camellia-embossed card. The stall is open from March 8 to March 10. Be sure to check it out — and give our best to your moms, okay?
