Louis Vuitton Goes Street (Artist) With This So-Rad Scarf Collab

1
Ever since Exit Through The Gift Shop came out in 2010, we've been hooked on street art (shout out to Banksy). Then, street art and fashion inevitably collided when Shepard Fairey hit it big with his Obey clothing line. We watched and waited patiently as street artists became a part of mainstream culture. But, our graffiti thirst still wasn't quenched.
Finally, fashion and street art have made sweet, sweet (luxury) love — Louis Vuitton tapped neighborhood taggers (including some fave NYC stars) Lady Aiko, Os Gemenos, and Retna to design a new line of scarves, and we are, quite simply, in awe. Following the lead of the famous Takashi Murakami, each up-and-comer used their own creative hand to charge a new look into the fashion house's already stylish pieces (think Japanese symbols, moon mosaics, and more bright colors than you can shake your fist at).
The collection, which boasts a giant scarf, a silk square, and a stole, is available online now, with prices starting at $450. Hope your piggy banks are full huge, because we've already cracked ours open.
