We've got it made. MADE, that is: Refinery29 is joining forces with MADE Fashion Week to be an official media sponsor! We've always been a fan of Lincoln Center's cooler, younger cousin — held at downtown's style hub, Milk Studios — so, we're positively thrilled to become serious BFFs come NYFW. Indeed, your favorite R29 editors will be hanging out all week at our own special space — the R29 Studio — at the Meatpacking venue, where we'll be bringing you insider content, from front-row coverage and backstage access to street-style snaps and up-close-and-personal interviews with all the designers, celebs, models, and makeup artists at MADE.
“MADE has quickly become the authority on showcasing innovative designers and, as Refinery29 continues to grow, being named the largest independent fashion site in the U.S., this partnership strengthens our common goal of celebrating personal style and focusing on the most original fashion," says our very own co-founder, Philippe von Borries. Oh yes, you read that right, R29 is now the biggest independent fashion site in America. (Not that we're bragging.) So, get ready for a boatload of behind-the-scenes posts starting this Thursday — we're hitting the Meatpacking hard to bring you the latest and greatest from all your favorite brands — think: Suno, Tabitha Simmons, Cushnie et Ochs, Jeremy Scott, and so many more. Now, who's designing our friendship bracelets?
