If you had trouble deciding whether or not you were into JT's new track "Suit & Tie" featuring Jay-Z, this might help. The lyric video just dropped and it's an almost painfully classy number featuring cigar smoke that looks so much better in black and white, some casual piano playing, and a whole lotta Tom Ford.
Of course, the whole Sinatra-esque video gets a modern touch with overlaid animated bits required of such things. Generally, we dig it, although we're still not totally on board with the idea of a lyric video, in general. They tend to underscore the song's slightly non-sensical quality rather than elevate the words along with the music.
So, what do you think? Did this video seal the deal for you, or are you still waiting for the major hit to bring JT back to your go-to playlist?
