The more we hear, the more excited we are to see Scarlett Johansson as Psycho actress and tortured muse Janet Leigh in the upcoming film Hitchcock (also starring Jessica Biel, see the trailer here). And she's going about increasing that excitement in all the right ways! ScarJo posed for a totally collectable V magazine cover, dishing up a playful spoof-cum-homage of the original slasher flick — and to up the irony factor, this is "The Girl Power Issue."
Seriously, that is one iconic cover. The red lips, the messy hair, the subtle V and that strange, stark light that jumps right off the page — it's all just plain amazing. Fast forward thirty years. Can't you just see it framed on your wall, proving that you've always been just as awesome as your future self? Not to get heavy here, but we're pretty sure you'll have deep regrets about not buying this issue. Which is why we're running to the newsstand now. Better safe than sorry, right? (V Magazine)
