Sure, Saturday night's Brooklyn Nets home opener against the Toronto Raptors was monumental for several reasons — the Barclays Center hosted its first regular-season game, the Nets actually won the game, etc. But, amidst all the chaos of the event, one thing may have been overlooked: Beyoncé got bangs, you guys!

~~The borough's~~ NYC's royal couple sat courtside (naturally) at the game, and Bey donned her usual outlandish-but-still-totally-awesome look, plus one rad new 'do. In addition to stick-straight, perfectly highlighted locks, the pop queen showed off her brand-new Cleopatra bangs.

Now, sure, you may be thinking that this isn't exactly breaking-news material. But, in a world full of depressing hurricane coverage and widespread East Coast devastation, it sure is nice to focus on something a little more, well, lighthearted. Plus, Mrs. Sean Carter is total hot mama inspiration. (PopSugar)
