Looks like Katie Holmes took a page out of our Cheap Challenge rulebook. While she spent a hair more than our $50 limit, the designer-actress-hot-mama barely broke the bank last night in NYC, wearing a dress from the Narciso Rodriguez for Kohl's DesigNation collection (the first in a series of designer pair-ups à la H&M and Target) that rings in at just $70. Sporting the form-fitting black frock at Rodriguez' launch party for his limited-time, limited-edition collab with the affordable mass-retailer, Holmes proves what we've always told you —fast fashion doesn't have to look low-budget. Stars...they're just like us? Well, not exactly. The Istanbul-inspired range doesn't go on sale to the public until November 7, but, in this case, we're not blaming Holmes for hopping the wait-list — Suri's wardrobe ain't exactly cheap.
